Our brewery and taproom design illustrates our appreciation and love of the great outdoors. Our giant metal tree structures, live-edge wood bar, and constant rotation of outdoor-centered activities echoes our passion for everything Colorado has to offer. Our owner and staff enjoy exploring the wilderness and spending time in nature; we endeavor to share this passion with our customers and community.
To this effect, we are always trying to find ways to be more environmentally friendly. Here are some of the methods we are using to promote sustainability:
- All spent grain is sent to a bull ranch in Hoyt, CO.
- Knockout water is returned to the hot liquor tank to be used in future brews.
- The roof of the brewery is covered in solar panels.
- The Green CO2 system eliminates wasteful spillover and leakage of CO2 gas.
- We encourage customers to purchase and fill re-usable growlers for take away beer sales to limit our aluminum can use.
- A percentage of profits are frequently donated to local organizations working to improve and protect our natural environment.
